Egg in the Hole


Ingredients
- 1 piece of bread 
- 1 egg 
- 1 tsp butter 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
- Butter both sides of the bread. 
- Use a circle cookie cutter to cut out the center of the bread. 
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. and the piece of bread as well as the cut-out piece. 
- Crack an egg into the center of the bread. 
- Add salt and pepper. 
- Cook and turn halfway through. 
- Cook to the desired doneness.
