Hot Fudge

Simple delicious hot fudge sauce.

  • 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate

  • ¼ cup butter

  • 3 cups powdered sugar

  • 2 cups cream

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • Dash of salt

  1. Melt butter, salt, and chocolate together. Remove from stove.

  2. Whip together the sugar and cream until smooth. Pour it into the pan with the melted chocolate mixture.

  3. Stir it constantly and keep it boiling for 6 minutes until it thickens.

  4. Remove from the stove and add vanilla. Store leftovers in the fridge.
