Crunchy Asian Salad
This salad is easy and delicious. It has cabbage, almonds, and chicken bathed in a sweet and sour sauce.

Ingredients
Salad
Pan spray
2 (3 ounce) pkg chicken ramen noodles
(save flavor packets for dressing)
1/2 cup slivered almonds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 pkg coleslaw salad mix
2 cups diced rotisserie chicken
Dressing
1/3 cup oil (olive or veggie)
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 ramen flavor packets
2 tbsp soy sauce
Put the ramen noodles, slivered almonds, and sesame seeds on a cookie sheet. Put the pan under the broiler for a minute or two until everything is toasted.
Place cabbage, chicken, and toasted ingredients in a large bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
Add dressing to salad before serving.
