  • 1 cup chopped fruit


  • This is great with fresh fruit or berries. frozen fruit works as well. Just give it time to thaw.

  • I love this because it’s a fast breakfast packed with protein. Don’t laugh, but I often have a cucumber or a couple of stalks of celery on the side to get a serving of veggies in with breakfast.
