This rich creamy sauce is great on ice cream or to dip apple slices in.

Ingredients
One batch of caramel
1/2 cup heavy cream
If your caramel isn't warm. Warm it up. Stir in the cream.
Serve warm or cold. Store in the fridge for up to 1 month.
